The Truth of God’s Kingdom and its Dominion-104 (Final)

This chapter is a mix of concepts built on biblical scripture, that support my revelation on the truth of The Kingdom of God. I intend to show you in the bible, by  revisiting scripture, how everything is about God’s Kingdom and Kingship. It can only be revealed through the lens of Kingdom mindedness. This is the reason why Christ says be ye transformed by the renewing of our minds. The most important concept in the bilble amidst all the stories and the accounts of God’s interaction with his people is, God is a King and operates as such in ruling his Kingdom.

Christ’s Death and Resurrection a means to an End.

Galatians 3:10

10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Ephesians 3:10-11

10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:

We all are aware of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross and his subsequent resurrection three days later. A pivitol moment for any Christian that is born again, that should never be diminished. It was the greatest act of Obedience and Love, that paid the price for our sins. He made it possible for us to reconnect with God through his spirit, by imputing his righteousness and his royalty on our shoulders. Vieled in the cleansing blood of Christ, we have access to become children of God. Most Christians become born again and sit at the empty cross for the rest of their lives, believing that is all their was to the sacrifice of Christ. I would like you to consider that salvation was a means to an end and that end is the Kingdom rule of God returning to the earth in the hearts of men.

Matthew 25:33-35

33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,

Here is Christ, speaking of the end and it is about the same thing he started his ministry teaching, the reception of the Kingdom of God. This is clearly after his crucifiction and resurrection and still he is focused on the Kingdom of God. The twist here, is he mentions that the Kingdom was prepared for us since the creation of the world. In the beginning the Father created the earth and gave Adam dominion over the earth. Therefore earth became Man’s Kingdom to rule over, but the authority to rule  was forfeited when Adam was deceived and sinned. His disobedience was rebellion against the word of the King of Kings and the right to rule was revoked. It was usurped by the devil, whose wisdom Adam chose to believe over God’s. This led to the devil ruling the earth in Man’s place by proxy for years, continuing to influence man’s choices with false wisdom. Man’s disobedience perpetuated sin on earth, leading to the eternal death of man.

The proof that the devil was ruling prior to Christ was shown when he tempted Christ in the desert. He offered Christ the Kingdom of this world if he would worship him, he could not make that offer if he did not have dominion. Christ’s death and resurrection as the second Adam, restored the authority to rule back to man, as Chirst was all man in flesh when he died to pay the price for sin. The dominon that was created for man since the creation of the world was again under man’s authority, but only through Christ.

Okay with all that said, how does this tie into Salvation being a means to an end? Remember God, the King of Kings, he intends to usher his Kingdom rule back into the earth and the hearts of men. Since the earth is still a rebellious colony of heaven and the domain of man, he has to use men in order to bring his will to fruition. In order to use men, we need to be; (a) made ready to represent the King of Kings, (b) we need to be subject to his will and (c) allied to him as our King. In other words, loyal subjects of his kingdom, that will do his work here on earth. How is all that accomplished? See below;

  • He redeemed us through salvation as his children. This gave us the authority to represent the King of Kings and his agenda here on earth, because we too are now royalty, sons and daughters of the King.
  • He sent his Spirit to live in us, so He can communicate God’s will and our purpose in life directly, no interference. The more we communicate the more we know how we fit into his plan. Every successful Kingdom knows communication is key.
  • He also provided the Holy Spirit to help transform us into the image God has of us, since the days of Adam in the garden. The Holy spirit is our teacher, of the truth and of who we really are in the Kingdom of Christ and God in heaven.
  • He also gave us access to power to change our circumstances and not conform to them, through the Holy Spirit. This power is a sign to others that our source (The True King), has the power to change their lives and bring light into the darkness they live in if they would surrender to his will.
  • We were provided the word of God to know how we ought to act as a Kingdom citizens and as children of the most high.
  • We were also provided the word to explain God’s Kingdom consitution, along with the rights and privileges we have as citizens of the Kingdom and children of God.
  • The word of God was also provided to be used as a sword to cut through the lies and deception of the enemy. To allow people a taste of truth that brings light in their darkness of life. An enlightenment that is capable of setting them free from the world’s belief system that they are bound to by rebelling against God’s will.

As a Christian we bear the righteousness of Christ on us as an expression of God’s Glory, love and favor. He redeemed us regardless of our sins and gave us the power to change our circumstances here on earth, by accessing his Kingdom provisions. The same access Christ had during his time here on earth, read this verse;

Matthew 7:

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?

11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

John 15:16

16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

Matthew 16:19

19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

As a church God is using us here on earth in order to confound the principalities and powers in the heavenly places. The character of a King is to show his nature in the form of acts and works, that Glorify his name and bolster his reputation. He is using us to show his Glory, Power and Honor in the earth through our lives. It is said that we are the only bible that some unbelievers may ever read and its true. If we are an expression of who God is, then unbelievers can make a judgement of our God based on their interaction with us. What kind of reputation are we setting for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and his Kingdom by the way we live? Are we walking in obedience so God can use us to express his supernatural favor, love and protection? There is more to salvation than the cross, we ought to be Kingdom minded as Christ our savior was. The reputation of our Father and King is at stake, and the more people that know him by believing on the Son of God, the more his Kingdom grows in the hearts of men, expanding his territory here on earth. God’s after the realestate that resides in the hearts of men, not this earth, which he intends to remake in the end. This is why Christ told his disciples he would make them fishers of men. We live now for our King.

Glory be to the King the Kings !!

Glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!!

2 Corinthians 5:14-15

For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.

Wisdom and Understanding; A foundation for the Kingdom citizen:

It is crucial we grasp that being involved in religious church for a feeling, instead of actual transformation is useless. It is not about being deep or excited, but about being right in understanding the word of God and the message he meant to relay to us about his Kingdom. It is only in understanding God’s word, are we able to see the true gospel and experience the hidden provisions of the Kingdom of God in our lives. The bible says that Christ gave the church keys to the Kingdom of Heaven in Matthew 16:19. Those keys are to be used to lock and unlock those hidden supernatural provisions in the kingdom of heaven. That is why we need the wisdom of God and the revelation from the Holy Spirit to understand what the keys are and how to use them. Then will we be able to represent Jesus Christ and our Father the way he desires, ‘loving our neighbor as we love ourselves‘ regardless of the circumstances that surround us. In today’s world  where evil is rampant and the hate for Christians is growing, loving your enemy could mean death, yet we are required to do so. The only way to function in such an environment, is through wisdom and understanding of the word of God, which brings peace, power, protection, courage etc.  Ephesians 6 verse 12 tells us why we need supernatural provisions from heaven;

Ephesians 6:10-14

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

We need God’s wisdom and Kingdom protection, because now we see that the devil is the enemy. He is responsible for all the evil in this world. He rules over the principalities, powers and rulers of darkness in this world, that are constantly working toward destroying God’s agenda. What is God’s Agenda? To return the Kingdom rule of God to the hearts of men, as it was in the garden of Eden. God’s purpose is to receive honor through the situations and circumstances we go through. He is focused on what the principalities are doing and he wants them to honor you, because of him, calling us blessed. Why? Because as a born again Christian we have now become royalty and as a citizen of God’s Kingdom we now have dominion over the earth through Christ.  No longer are we subject to the whims of the principalities, powers and rulers of darkness, that design the evil systems to which men have become enslaved. They now have to flee in Jesus’s name. As a Christian and as a citizen of the Kingdom you are entitled to the following;

  • The backing of a kingdom that has a formidable army ready to fight on your behalf,
  • A constitution that protects and provides for its citizens in supernatural ways making the impossible possible,
  • An irrevocable decree from the King that we are more than conquers and victory is ours,
  • Access to Angelic warriors that have been charged to protect us and our families,
  • Promise of everlasting life with our King.
  • An avenue to find out who we are and why we were created. Our true purpose for being alive.

In this battle for our souls you may disagree that the devil does have a kingdom and power. The above verses dispute that fact, stating the the devil was in charge of the principalities and powers in heavenly places, as well as ruling over the darkness in the world. Scripture shows he does rule over the kingdoms of this world see Matt 4:8

Matt 4:8

Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”

The devil would only have the power to give the kingdoms of the world if he righttfully owned and ruled them. I bring this up to clarify that this is a battle or more appropriately stated, a choice between two kingdoms (Based on opposite beliefs). Men can choose to return to the Kingdom of God on their own through Christ. This will show, there is wisdom in obeying God, by the expression of God’s glory and favor in their lives. Or they can chose to rebel choosing their own form of wisdom and remain in darkness under the kingdom of the devil. Their rebelliousness (sin) will express itself in their lives by bringing death, disease, immorality and destruction. All the evil fruits in the world today are born from rebellion to the kingdom of God. Remember who rules the principalities and darkness of this world, so if you look at the world and are disatisfied by the cruelty and unfairness you have a choice to make.

The Glory of a King and its relationship to our Worship:

The Glory of a King’s name is in his reputation. King’s live on their name and the reverence that is paid to them. This is true even of God the King of Kings. Check out this verse where God considered the Glory of his name by its reputation;

Deuteronomy 9:26-29 (Moses prayed for the people of Israel)

26 I prayed to the Lord and said, “Sovereign Lord, do not destroy your people, your own inheritance that you redeemed by your great power and brought out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

27 Remember your servants Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Overlook the stubbornness of this people, their wickedness and their sin.

28 Otherwise, the country from which you brought us will say, ‘Because the Lord was not able to take them into the land he had promised them, and because he hated them, he brought them out to put them to death in the wilderness.’

29 But they are your people, your inheritance that you brought out by your great power and your outstretched arm.”

Some would say why is this important? Well look at the verse Matt 4:8 higher up in this blog. What was the devil after when he asked Jesus, the Son of God to bow down? It was worship! It was a pre-requisite for aquiring the benefits of the Kingdoms of the world. If Christ capitulated and worshiped satan, it would have meant Jesus the Son of God was rejecting his Father’s wisdom for the Devils. It would have been a repeat of the the first Adam’s mistake. What does this say? Worship of a King seems to be the key to accessing his Kingdom. Whether we choose the Kingdom of God or the kingdom of the devil, we gain access to both through worship. Many unbelievers are unaware that they are worshipping an idol in their lives that belong to the world’s Kingdom system. Why worship? Well what does worship mean?
